Through a blend of team development, coaching and practical learning solutions, I help translate strategy into behaviour — and behaviour into results.

To help me achieve this I have, over nearly 30 years. lead teams, managed departments, delivered organisational successes and made a few mistakes! I'm a qualified Leadership and Management Coach and Mentor (ILM and EMCC) and am accredited in various psychometric tools including HeartStyles, MiRo, Discovery Insights, MBTI Step I & Step II, Core Strengths, TMSDI, and Hay Leadership and Organisational Climate tool. Also accredited as a facilitator of Situational Leadership II®.
