What working together might look like
Every partnership begins with a conversation. From there, we’ll uncover what’s working and what needs to change - shaping a practical, human solution that delivers real impact.
It might take one of these approaches:
Coaching for New Managers (3 to 6 sessions from £132 per manager)
Facilitated team Workshops (Half or Full day from £1500 including design and delivery)
Consultancy: Building a Coaching Culture (From £3300 including consultations, design and workshop. Organisation headcount circa 100)
MATERIAL DESIGN:
For example, specific bespoke manuals, training plans, workbooks and/or slides based on the development need. These become the property of the client and utilised by them as appropriate.

WORKSHOP DESIGN, DELIVERY & EVALUATION:
Materials can be produced in response to a specific development need and will consist of training plan, workbook/handouts and slides. These can be face-to-face* or online and can be from 1 hour to 5 days in duration. Materials will remain the property of YYLDS.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Working with an individual to help them achieve personal or professional goals. These sessions will focus on facilitating the individual’s problem-solving and decision-making capabilities and not be an advisory relationship. The defined length of sessions and number required will be determined in a consultation meeting however between 4-6 sessions lasting 1-1.30hrs is usual practice.

ACTION CENTERED LEARNING SETS:
A valuable approach for utilising existing experience and knowledge in a group of peers, either on a skills or positional demographic.

TRAIN THE TRAINER WORKSHOP
An opportunity to upskill one or more individuals in the organisation to provide ongoing training on a specific topic. The workshop will provide individuals with the necessary skill and knowledge to deliver effective training, providing a cost-effective utilisation of materials. This is not suitable for leadership development materials.

LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES
The same product as the Workshop, Design, Delivery and Evaluation with the addition of 3 coaching sessions that will contribute to the uptake of learning i.e. applying learning in the workplace.

PSYCHOMETRIC TOOLS:
These are mechanisms that can help learners understand more about their own ways of working and how these interact with those around them. They can be used as singular solutions or built into training activities. Whichever approach is used feedback is always part of the process, either on a one-to-one basis or within the scope of the workshop. The costs are determined by the specific companies.
